Our mission

Make the useful things close. Make the service personal.

Wayside Vending exists to give residents an easy way to pick up what they need, while giving property teams a dependable local partner. We believe the quality of the service matters as much as the look of the store: a thoughtful product mix, a clean presentation, and someone who answers when you call.

01

Locally owned & operated

We’re close by and always available to the property management team.

02

Service you can see

Regular restocking, cleaning, and product adjustments keep the amenity useful and presentable.

03

Built around residents

We listen to requests and use purchasing patterns to refine the selection for each building.

Proposed smart store

Meet Stockwell 2.0.

The Stockwell 2.0 pairs chilled and shelf-stable choices in a sleek, secure smart store. Residents tap a card or mobile wallet, take what they need, and go. Each proposed placement is reviewed with the property before installation.

  • Tap, grab, and go without scanning each item
  • Chilled and shelf-stable products in one unit
  • A selection shaped by resident feedback

Our service promise

A local operator who stays involved.

01

Start with listening

We discuss the space and ask what residents would actually use before settling on a placement and opening selection.

02

Keep it cared for

Wayside handles replenishment, routine cleaning, product changes, and shopper questions with a direct line to the owner.

03

Improve with feedback

We check sales and requests, then review the pilot with management after 90 days to decide what to do next.

Locally owned & operated

You’ll know who is taking care of your property.

I’m Don Reilly, the owner and operator of Wayside Vending. I started Wayside to offer a convenient amenity with the kind of attention I’d want in my own building.

That means taking time to understand the property, keeping the store clean and stocked, and being easy to reach when a resident or manager needs help. As a local business, our reputation is built one property and one interaction at a time.

Wayside serves apartment communities and select workplaces across the greater Philadelphia and Main Line areas.
